How do I reset my progress?
Go to Profile and sign out, then sign back in. Your cloud-synced data will be restored. To start completely fresh, contact us at the email above.
How do I restore my premium subscription?
Go to Profile and tap "Restore Purchases." If you're still having issues, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
The app isn't loading questions.
Please check your internet connection. The app downloads questions on first launch and caches them locally. If the issue persists, try force-closing and reopening the app.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@satpractice.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 48 hours.
How accurate are the score projections?
Score projections are estimates based on your practice performance. They use your accuracy across different domains and difficulty levels to project a range. Actual SAT scores may vary.
